Included

• Accommodation with living room / kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, Patio and sunbath

 area in the garden  

• Perfectly equipped with all modern appliances: cooker / oven, combi micro-oven,

 fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, grill, blender, toaster, Dishwasher,

 detergent / taps / wraps / paper etc.

 Shower- bath- and hairshampoo, Kleenex, room spray, mosquito spray

Cleaning service twice a week

Excluding
• additional housekeeping Rand 200.00 per day
• we are happy to do your private laundry for you
• all Drink ́s / Nespresso Capsules / 5L Water Bottles, grill coal etc.
• Massage and Pedicure, Beauty (must be booked a day in advance)
• Cleaning in the end of your stay Rand 400.00

Booking procedures

50% of the Total Amount required 90 to 180 days in advance

Balance is required 90 days prior arrival at the guesthouse

Please remember: no Credit Cards accepted

Contract Terms

• The contract shall be valid in between property owner and the
  registered/confirmed tenant.
 2 Poeple per Suite
• Subleasing or outreach is wholly unacceptable, also not in case of earlier
 departure
• Children aged 14+ welcome, Adult rate applies  
• Guests will receive gate remotes and keys to house upon arrival. Loss of keys
 will entail a service provider call-out fee to replace all locks and keys from all
 Suites at The Private  
 Loss of gate remotes will entail a fee of R1500.00 for replacement plus
 adjusting fee for gate electronic.  
• Breakage charge(s) for any damages caused by the guest will added to your
 account upon checkout. Please take time for inventory.
• non Smoking inside the house  
• No Pets allowed

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled between 180 & 90
 days prior to expected arrival date.  
• Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 90 days
 prior to reservation date or for "No Shows" 
